Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns must be sent to the following address:
Building 596, Road 46, Block 645 – Bahrain
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to item condition and stock availability.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
